responsibilities:

2. lead the team to do the conceptual design of earlier stage;
3. supervise the project progress. arrange work of the chief designer, model maker, construction team, planting engineer, water& electricity engineer and site engineer according to the timetable. guide and coordinate with them on daily management;
4. check the package and report to the clients;
5. give professional technique training to the team and organize the project visiting at regular intervals。
qualification
1. 8-10 years’ landscape design experience on residential and commercial，have successful experience of independent management on residential and commercial projects of first-tier real estate developers.
2. american / european / australian people and the like, possess excellent design innovation and ideation ability;
3. excellent communication and report ability;
4. excellent team management ability and interpersonal communication ability.
