job description:
1. strategy, policies and rules
1)responsible for local execution of group meeting & travel strategy
2)responsible for supporting managers in follow-up of compliance to group meeting & travel standard and applicable rules for meetings and travel.
3)responsible for creation, development and follow-up of local meeting & travel guidelines
2. manage and support the value chain for meetings & travel (demand & supply)
1)secure that the business needs are met in the meeting & travel area, including a good communication flow
2)lead and support local implementation, usage and follow up of operational services and tools, including upplier management.
3)support meeting & travel planning and follow-up locally, including large meetings
3. ambassador and change agent
1)support the development of a good meeting culture in organisation and leadership
requirements:
1. experience from meeting & travel industry or equivalent work within the service sector
2. ability to understand customer needs
3. ability to work strategically, tactically as well as operationally
4. leadership experience, skills and training
5. communication and change management skills
6. fluent in english, both written and spoken
