一、職位概述
小米國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)部誠聘資深高級程序化銷售專家,加入海外程序化廣告團(tuán)隊(duì)。憑借小米在智能手機(jī)的優(yōu)勢及 HyperOS 龐大用戶群、海量 AIoT 設(shè)備連接量,我們專注于創(chuàng)新廣告解決方案,平衡廣告變現(xiàn)與用戶體驗(yàn)。此崗位對公司業(yè)務(wù)增長意義重大,在提升海外廣告收入方面發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。作為高級程序化銷售專家,您需要對移動廣告生態(tài)有全面的了解,擁有向客戶銷售流量變現(xiàn)方案的能力。您將深度參與部門核心業(yè)務(wù),與全球頭部廣告平臺、DSP、AdExchanges 進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略溝通,推動與內(nèi)部運(yùn)營、產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)的跨團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,以確保實(shí)現(xiàn)與客戶的戰(zhàn)略合作目標(biāo)。
二、工作職責(zé)
1. 業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃與拓展:對接全球頭部 DSP、AdExchanges、SSP 等廣告平臺,制定推廣小米流量變現(xiàn)的戰(zhàn)略,同時與潛在客戶挖掘商業(yè)合作機(jī)會,保證小米海外廣告收入持續(xù)增長。
2. 客戶關(guān)系管理:負(fù)責(zé)全流程商業(yè)合作,從初期拓展、簽訂合同,到項(xiàng)目落地及業(yè)務(wù)增長實(shí)現(xiàn),以數(shù)據(jù)為驅(qū)動,及時溝通并跟進(jìn)新的增收方案,持續(xù)推動業(yè)務(wù)增長。
3. 跨部門協(xié)作:與商業(yè)化產(chǎn)品與運(yùn)營等內(nèi)部多部門進(jìn)行協(xié)作,確保客戶需求及合作方案的落地。
4. 深度戰(zhàn)略合作推進(jìn):對廣告和應(yīng)用生態(tài)合作伙伴負(fù)責(zé),挖掘并推進(jìn)深度戰(zhàn)略級合作。積極探尋雙方在業(yè)務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)融合、市場拓展等方面的契合點(diǎn),共同制定并執(zhí)行長期合作計(jì)劃,實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏,強(qiáng)化小米在行業(yè)內(nèi)的競爭優(yōu)勢。
5. 市場策略優(yōu)化:對行業(yè)動態(tài)敏感,收集客戶反饋并及時了解市場趨勢,不斷完善和改進(jìn)需求側(cè)推廣策略。
Job Overview:
The International Internet Business Department at Xiaomi is seeking Senior Programmatic Sales Manager to join our overseas programmatic advertising team. Leveraging Xiaomi’s strengths in smartphones, the vast user base of HyperOS, and a large-scale network of AIoT devices, we aim to create innovative advertising solutions that balance monetization with a seamless user experience.
This role is critical to the company's global business growth and plays a key part in driving overseas advertising revenue. As a Senior Programmatic Sales Expert, you will bring a comprehensive understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and a proven ability to sell traffic monetization solutions. You will work at the core of the business, leading strategic engagements with global advertising platforms, DSPs, and Ad Exchanges, while collaborating across internal teams—including operations, product, and technology—to achieve key partnership goals.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Growth
- Build and maintain relationships with global DSPs, Ad Exchanges, SSPs, and other advertising platforms.
- Formulate strategies to promote Xiaomi’s traffic monetization offerings and identify new business opportunities to drive continuous growth in overseas advertising revenue.
2. End-to-End Customer Management
- Lead the full business lifecycle: from prospecting and deal negotiation to contract execution and performance growth.
- Be data-driven—track performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose timely strategies to boost revenue.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including product, operations, and engineering, to ensure seamless implementation of client requirements and partnership plans.
4. Strategic Partnership Management
- Take ownership of relationships with advertising and app ecosystem partners.
- Identify strategic opportunities in business model innovation, tech integration, and market expansion.
- Drive long-term collaboration plans that align with mutual business goals and reinforce Xiaomi’s industry position.
5. Market Insights and Strategy Optimization
- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor strategies.
- Collect customer feedback and refine demand-side promotion strategies to improve market competitiveness.
職位要求:
1. 5 年以上程序化廣告領(lǐng)域(如廣告平臺 / DSP/AdX/ 廠商流量變現(xiàn)等)客戶管理或銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),有程序化廣告領(lǐng)域相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;或具有 5 年以上在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域、軟件領(lǐng)域或其他技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的商務(wù)拓展經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. 深入了解廣告科技領(lǐng)域和移動應(yīng)用生態(tài),熟悉相關(guān)的商業(yè)模式,以及 Ad Network、DSP、SSP 的投放邏輯和技術(shù)。
3. 具備出色的銷售、商務(wù)談判能力以及邏輯思考能力,能夠適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏工作,快速融入團(tuán)隊(duì)。
4. 語言:精通中英文。
5. 其他:有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,能接受適度出差。
1. 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising sales or client management (e.g., at DSPs, Ad Exchanges, SSPs, or monetization vendors). Candidates with a strong track record in programmatic advertising are preferred.
2. Alternatively, 5 years of business development experience in internet, software, or tech sectors will also be considered.
3. Deep understanding of ad tech, mobile advertising ecosystems, and relevant business models. Familiarity with the delivery logic and technologies of Ad Networks, DSPs, and SSPs is a must.
4. Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and logical thinking.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and integrate quickly into cross-cultural teams.
Language Requirements
6. Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).

7. Strong team spirit and willingness to travel as needed for business.
