五礦資源有限公司(簡(jiǎn)稱五礦資源,英文簡(jiǎn)稱為MMG)成立于2009年,是世界知名的銅、鋅礦生產(chǎn)商。五礦資源是中國(guó)五礦集團(tuán)開發(fā)海外基本金屬上游資源的旗艦平臺(tái)公司,總部位于澳大利亞墨爾本,在香港聯(lián)交所上市,在北京設(shè)有總部辦公室,旗下運(yùn)營(yíng)五座礦山,分別為秘魯邦巴斯銅礦、剛果(金)金塞維爾銅鈷礦、博茨瓦納Khoemacau銅礦、澳大利亞杜加爾河鋅礦和羅斯伯里鋅多金屬礦。五礦資源以“開采美好未來(lái)”為愿景,是國(guó)際金屬與礦業(yè)理事會(huì)(ICMM)成員單位,在高水平運(yùn)營(yíng)、安全環(huán)保與職業(yè)健康、企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面樹立了行業(yè)典范。 To lead the strategic design, development, and governance of enterprise technology solutions and architectures that enable the organization to achieve its strategic goals. This role focuses on ensuring technology platforms and architectural frameworks are robust, scalable, and aligned with organisational needs. Key Accountabilities or Activities Include key measures and outputs (how the performance of the incumbent is to be objectively measured using qualitative or quantitative data). 1. Technology Architecture and Strategy Development: ? Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals. ? Lead the development of architectural blueprints and technology roadmaps for the organisation. ? Partner with business units to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation. 2. Governance and Standards Compliance: ? Ensure compliance with global IT standards and frameworks in architectural designs and implementations. ? Oversee the application of governance processes for technology adoption and integration. 3. Enterprise Systems Oversight: ? Manage the lifecycle of core technology platforms, ensuring they remain fit-for-purpose and cost-effective. ? Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure minimal disruption to business operations. 4. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: ? Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions. ? Act as the primary liaison between the enterprise technology team and regional/local technology teams. ? Act as the primary contact between MMG Technology team and CMC/MI Technology team (our shareholders) 5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: ? Drive initiatives for modernizing enterprise technology and adopting emerging technologies. ? Facilitate continuous improvement in technology processes, solutions, and capabilities. 6. Risk Management and Compliance: ? Identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise technology solutions. ? Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and data privacy requirements in all architecture and technology designs. Budget and Resource Management: ? Develop and manage budgets for enterprise technology initiatives. ? Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources across architecture projects. Leadership and Development: ? Provide mentorship and guidance to the technology architecture team. ? Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth within the team. Collaboration with External Providers: ? Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring service quality and alignment with enterprise objectives. ? Oversee vendor performance for architecture-related services. 10. Strategic Project Participation: ? Contribute to global technology projects, including system migrations, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Code of Conduct ? Adherence at all times to the MMG Code of Conduct. The code provides standards for appropriate ethical and professional behaviour. It is based on MMG’s values of Safety, Integrity, Action and Results which form the basis of, and underpin all of MMG’s business relationships Safety, Health, Environment and Community (SHEC) ? Demonstrate safe behaviour at all times and comply with the site’s standards and procedures in SHEC. ? Promote awareness of SHEC practices and imbed a safety culture. ? Demonstrate effective performance in achieving agreed SHEC goals that support the department site and company standards. ? Report all SHEC incidents. ? Demonstrate leadership IN SHEC through personal behaviours and conversations. Position Required Capabilities Skills: ? Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies ? Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. ? Proven ability to manage complex technology projects. ? Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. ? Leadership skills in a cross-cultural environment. ? Bilingual Communication: Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate in a cross-cultural and multilingual environment. Knowledge: ? In-depth understanding of technology platforms, cloud architectures, and integration patterns. ? Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements. ? Comprehensive knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Experience: ? Minimum 8 years in technology management roles, including enterprise architecture or related domains. ? Demonstrated experience in implementing scalable technology solutions. ? Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and projects in a global setting.
