Analysis demand, plan for the production to ensure both production running and customer order on-time delivery

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analysis and follow the master production/engineering plan to perform suitable daily loading arrangement. 分析并依據(jù)主生產(chǎn)或工程計(jì)劃來(lái)合理安排日常生產(chǎn)工作

2. Follow up the loading completion status and communicate with in-house/ sub-contractors to achieve the better loading goal. Highlight the obvious production/engineering issues timely.

   跟蹤生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度完成情況，與物流內(nèi)部和分包商溝通，達(dá)到更佳的生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)。及時(shí)地標(biāo)注強(qiáng)調(diào)明顯的生產(chǎn)或工程問(wèn)題。

3. Coordinate with related departments to solve the production/engineering issues in time. 與相關(guān)部門協(xié)作，及時(shí)解決生產(chǎn)或工程部問(wèn)題

4. Create pick list with special control concerns for customer order shipments on time. 及時(shí)為需要特殊控制的客戶發(fā)貨單創(chuàng)建領(lǐng)料單。

5. Execute upper management instructions on time, on target. 及時(shí)并準(zhǔn)確地執(zhí)行上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指示。

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree and major in English, Industrial/ Business Management, Engineering,Logistic or equivalent.本科學(xué)歷，英語(yǔ)、工業(yè)管理、工程、物流等相關(guān)專業(yè)。

2. 3 years or above experience in semiconductor manufacturing 2年及以上半導(dǎo)體工廠經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3. Familiar with related MRP/ERP systems 熟悉MRP或者相關(guān)的ERP系統(tǒng)

4. Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading and listening 英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫流利

5. Good at Microsoft Office software 擅長(zhǎng)微軟辦公軟件

6. Skillfull in communication and coordination 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
