Responsibilities

1. As the leader of Sub-contractors’ process audit, work with Sub-con owners to complete the process audit and drive the finding closing.領(lǐng)導和組織MPS 供應商過程審核，和供應商管理團隊完成發(fā)現(xiàn)項的關(guān)閉。

Requirements

1. Familiar with the audit process, IATF16949 Auditor certified. VDA6.3 certification is a plus.熟悉審計流程，擁有內(nèi)審員證書，VDA6.3證書優(yōu)先。
2. Familiar with industrial standard, IATF 5 Tools, VDA6.3, ESD20.20, RBA etc., JEDEC /AECQ standard is a plus.熟悉汽車5大工具，VDA6.3，ESD20.20等標準，JEDEC/AECQ標準優(yōu)先。
3. Familiar with 8D, CAPA and CI management, PMP is a plus.熟悉8D，CAPA, CI管理，PMP管理優(yōu)先。
4. 5 years experiences on auditing job, can manage audit independently。5年以上審計工作經(jīng)驗，能獨立完成審計工作。
5. 5 years experiences in semiconductor industry5年以上半導體行業(yè)經(jīng)驗
6. Good English skill in listening, writing and speaking. 英語聽說讀寫流利
7. Good communication and organizational skill.良好的溝通組織能力
