Main responsibilities/主要職責(zé)和工作內(nèi)容:
1. 協(xié)助完善標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)；

5. 跟進(jìn)車間效率，和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)比，分析工序無價(jià)值的時(shí)間浪費(fèi)，推動(dòng)車間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的執(zhí)行，確保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)的準(zhǔn)確并應(yīng)用推廣到全車間；
6. 車間及生產(chǎn)線的布局規(guī)劃，利用IE 的理論，績(jī)效、評(píng)估和工作流程，以***限度地提高效率；
7. 協(xié)助上級(jí)主管完成項(xiàng)目，和相關(guān)的職能部門合作，利用IE 的理念，為工廠長(zhǎng)期的運(yùn)營(yíng)效益參與或發(fā)起項(xiàng)目；
8. 公司委派的其他任務(wù)。
1.Develop standard working hours through action analysis, and provide process sheet to workshop in time，Perfect the database of standard working hours;
2.Verify production data;
3.Collect and statistic kind of production report;
4.Calculate and verify piece wage of production department;
5.Follow up the workshop efficiency, compare with the standard, analyze the wasted time in the process, promote the implementation of workshop standardization, ensure the accuracy of standard working hours and popularize to the whole workshop;
6.Workshop and production line layout planning, using IE theory, performance, evaluation and workflow to maximize efficiency;
7.Assist superior supervisor to complete the project, cooperate with relevant departments, participate in or initiate the project for the long-term operation benefit of the factory with the concept of IE;
8Finish other task by company.
Requirements/任職資格：
1. 大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，IE相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2. 有一定的英文聽說讀寫能力者優(yōu)先；
3. 12年以上IE工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有制衣公司IE工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及熟悉吊掛系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先;
4. 有制衣車縫經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1.College or above, major in IE;
2.There is English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred;
3.At least 12 year IE experience, IE experience in garment factory and familiar with Hang System is preferred;
4.Have sewing experience of garment.
