61 He/She will be responsible for setting up the global procurement processes for direct and indirect spend at the current Oerlikon Metco JV2 China site, in compliance with Oerlikon standards, ensuring transparency of spending, supplier management, category management, market research, potential vendors evaluation, cost and scenario analysis, benchmarking, risk evaluation and risk minimizing techniques.
