工作職責(zé)
* Achieving sales targets through scientific promotion and communication with
the market department. 通過科學(xué)推廣實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售指標(biāo)。
* Creating and maintaining the image of company and product through the
professional academic visit.通過科學(xué)拜訪,建立和維持公司產(chǎn)品形象。
* Developing and maintaining the clients who are important to our product
(including client data maintain).開發(fā)及維持客戶關(guān)系。
* Being in charge of scientific activities including cost management.
負(fù)責(zé)科學(xué)推廣及預(yù)算控制。
* Completing CRM system, giving feedbacks of market timely and completing the
sales reports. 完成CRM拜訪,及時(shí)向市場部反饋銷售情況,及時(shí)完成銷售數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表。
* Carrying out the activities of sales department and market department.
執(zhí)行銷售部及市場部組織的各項(xiàng)活動。
* Delivering scientific promotion with strong education and professionalism
independently. 能夠獨(dú)立進(jìn)行專業(yè)和有力的科學(xué)知識推廣。
* Playing an independent role as medical profession and supporting DSM in
terms of coaching team for product learning/ client data analysis. 能夠
獨(dú)立的進(jìn)行客戶管理,支持地區(qū)經(jīng)理的管理工作,如對團(tuán)隊(duì)成員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品知識培訓(xùn),銷售數(shù)據(jù),客戶數(shù)據(jù)分析等。
任職要求
* Higher than college degree大專以上文化程度
* Holding an effective RDPAC certification 具有有效的RDPAC證書 o Must for Sr. MR and
Medical Specialist o Preference for MR
* Relevant working experience 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) o MR(Junior): no requirement, but medical/
clinic education background is required; 無需工作經(jīng)歷,醫(yī)療教育背景優(yōu)先。 o MR: At least 2
years working experience in PH industry, the clinic medical education
background is preferable至少兩年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) o Sr. MR / Medical Specialist: At least 3
years working experience in sales function, top 10 key Competitors is
preferred.至少三年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),醫(yī)藥行業(yè)領(lǐng)先公司 候選人優(yōu)先
