職位描述：
1.負責優(yōu)化業(yè)務運營相關的系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)；
2.負責公司網(wǎng)站的開發(fā)和維護；優(yōu)化客戶網(wǎng)站訪問速度，并維護網(wǎng)站穩(wěn)定性;
3.維護公司CRM系統(tǒng)，修改bug,與團隊配合根據(jù)業(yè)務需求增添功能；
4.解決公司員工日常的網(wǎng)絡，電腦等IT問題；
5.公司指派的其他事項。
? Running regular checks on network and data security
? Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
? Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
? Designing training programs and workshops for staff
? Conducting regular system audits
? Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
? Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
? Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
? Providing direction for IT team members
? Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
? Ad hoc duties
? Providing support and guidance on salesforce
? Project management to introduce new technology
? Knowledge in risk management
