Job Duties職位內容· Assigned project/supplier PO progress analysis. (Via Digital Factory/ASAP/Progress report…)負責的項目/供應商的PO進度分析，(通過 Digital Factory / ASAP / Progress report…)· Early warning of potential delivery risks to supplier and followed the progress, inform related functions at the same time對于潛在的交貨風險向供應商提出預警并跟進，并知會相關職能人員· For the POs which already deviation with original planning, push supplier submits catch up plan and followed the progress, inform related functions at the same time對于已經背離原始計劃的PO，推進供應商提交追趕計劃并跟進，并知會相關職能人員· point of escalation for all kinds of delivery risks必要時對各類交付風險提出升級· On site follow (for worse situation), support supplier to build detectable plan and witness the execution現(xiàn)場跟進(嚴重情況下)，支持供應商建立可以檢測的計劃，并跟進相應的執(zhí)行· Coordinate between supplier and ATC during the PO running to decrease the delivery risk協(xié)調供應商與公司在PO運行過程中碰到的問題，降低交付風險· Meetings with suppliers and ATC related functions for the issues during the PO running與供應商及相關職能人員會議溝通PO運行過程中遇到的問題 · Reporting報告Qualification職位要求· Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical is preferred. Energy and power engine will be preferred本科及以上學歷，機械類專業(yè)，熱能與動力工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮· Have two or more years in expediting or similar project management experience2年以上催交或類似項目管理經驗· Basic understanding about mechanical or material engineering i.e. welding, painting and machining基本了解機械或材料：如焊接，噴涂，機加等· Mechanical drawing看懂機械圖紙· English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力· SAP 熟悉操作SAP系統(tǒng)· Strong problem solving capability.比較強的問題解決能力· Possess proactive rather than a reactive style of conducting business積極主動而不是被動應付· Can accept frequent business travelling能接受較頻繁的國內出差 職能類別：采購主管 能熟練使用馬蜂盯標進行招標采購類信息查詢
