major job responsibilities主要工作職責(zé)：
1. be responsible for gl booking ， bs reconciliation, china gaap is/bs/cf report and other financial reporting. 嚴(yán)格按照財(cái)務(wù)政策負(fù)責(zé)總賬，如工資預(yù)提等總賬費(fèi)用預(yù)提和請(qǐng)款單審核。負(fù)責(zé)中國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則下的利潤(rùn)表，資產(chǎn)負(fù)責(zé)表，現(xiàn)金流量表及其他指定的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告。
2. responsible for monthly ar booking and closing on time, make sure closing timely & accuracy. prepare ar aging report， sale report, andd other financial reporting. 負(fù)責(zé)月度及年度客戶模具、應(yīng)收的記賬以及結(jié)賬，應(yīng)收賬款賬齡分析，銷售報(bào)告,確保結(jié)賬及報(bào)告及時(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性。
3. provide financial information which reflect business facts, impacts, issues and trends, in finance metrics format, focusing on forecast and pro-active actions. 提供真實(shí)透明，反映業(yè)務(wù)事實(shí)的的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)，關(guān)注預(yù)算及事前控制。
4. strengthen plant internal control. 加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部控制管理，盡量規(guī)避內(nèi)控風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 。
5. improve accounting accuracy to meet management requirement and make sure no big adjustment on audit reports. 不斷提高記賬即時(shí)性及準(zhǔn)確性，滿足管理層的要求，并確保審計(jì)報(bào)告沒(méi)有重大調(diào)整。
任職要求key requirements:
1. bachelor degree or above, finance accounting or related major 本科及以上學(xué)歷,會(huì)計(jì)或其他財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)專業(yè)
2. at least 5 years finance working experience in manufacturing environment, be familiar with finance policy both in prc gaap and us gaap至少5年制造業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 熟悉中國(guó)及美國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則
3. sap working experience will be preferred優(yōu)先考慮有sap工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者
